OXN Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the OXN online store and any purchase made through it. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to protect any account credentials used on the store.

3. Products and information

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colours, materials, sizing and prices accurately. Screen colours and fit may vary. We may update descriptions, availability and prices, correct errors or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or payment failure. The purchase contract is formed when we confirm acceptance. You authorise the chosen payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout.

5. Shipping, taxes and customs

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping charges and available methods are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Please read our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes; interfere with its operation or security; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content without authorisation; or infringe the rights of OXN or third parties.

8. Intellectual property

The OXN name, logos, photographs, videos, designs, text and other store content are owned by or licensed to OXN and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the store for personal, lawful purposes.

9. Third-party services and links

The store uses third-party services, including Shopify and payment, analytics and delivery providers. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated or required by law. OXN is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will hear any dispute. Please contact us first at info@oxn.es so we can try to resolve the matter.
